What do you charge for services?
Our standard rate for labor during regular business hours is $250/hour with a two hour minimum if the property is located inside of the George Bush loop. There is a 3 hour minimum for labor if the property is located outside of the George Bush Loop.
If you have a specific project, we need to evaluate the project before we can provide a quote. We may be able to evaluate the project with a few pictures, if not we will need to see it. We’re happy to provide an estimate before the work begins so you know what to expect—no surprises. Contact us directly to request a quote or discuss your needs in more detail.

Do you provide emergency service?
Yes. We support our existing customers with emergency service 24/7! We understand that plumbing issues don’t always happen during business hours. Agave Plumbing offers emergency commercial plumbing services to get our customers back on line as quickly as possible. Whether it’s a burst pipe, a major leak, or an urgent drainage problem, our team is ready to respond when your business needs us most. If you are not an existing customer, please reach out to our office so that we can open an account for you. We will not be able to dispatch a crew until we have opened an account for you.

Does my new system have a warranty?Yes. Our standard warranty covers one year of protection for both labor and any materials we supply and install. This means if something goes wrong due to a defect or workmanship issue within that time, we’ll take care of it. We stand behind the quality of our work and use materials from trusted manufacturers to ensure lasting performance.

Do You Speak Spanish?Yes, we have bilingual team members who speak Spanish to ensure clear communication with our diverse Dallas-area clients. We want all our customers to feel comfortable and confident throughout every step of the service process.
